As a recruiter, I saw great people get passed over because their profile didn’t show what they could do. The ones who got a message were clear, consistent, and easy to find.
So I tested it on myself. I posted three times a week for a year and grew to 62k followers. In 2019, I left hiring to teach the same method to others.
